We offer a wide selection of both conventional and certified organic produce and groceries. Products listed as "Organic" meet the required certification standards. Please check the individual product description for specific details.
Ordering and Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We primarily accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and other secure online payment methods. Additionally, we offer **Cash On Delivery (COD)** as a convenient payment option in select service areas.
How does Cash On Delivery (COD) work?
If you choose COD at checkout, you will pay the full amount of your order to the delivery agent in cash when your groceries are delivered to your door. Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready.
Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all states within the Continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
How is the freshness of perishable goods maintained during shipping?
All perishable items (fresh produce, etc.) are carefully packaged in specialized insulated boxes with ice packs or dry ice to ensure they remain fresh and temperature-controlled throughout transit. We highly recommend retrieving your package immediately upon delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. After processing, standard shipping usually takes **3-5 business days** for delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Returns and Quality
What if an item arrives damaged or spoiled?
We guarantee the quality and freshness of our products. If any item arrives damaged, spoiled, or is incorrect, please contact us **within 24 hours of delivery** with photographic proof. We will arrange a full refund or replacement. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items if you simply change your mind. Only damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items are eligible for a claim.
